  • Groundwater and surface water quality monitoring per DRI requirements: Westchase, FishHawk Ranch, Connerton, Bella Verde, Southbend (Waterset), Lake Hutto, Long Lake Ranch, and Seven Oaks;
  • Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessment of a large emergency vehicle manufacturer located in Winter Park, Florida (Wheeled Coach);
  • Site with SRCO (with FDEP or expected FDEP involvement) of Sugarmill Woods golf course maintenance facility in Citrus County; site assessment (primarily involving arsenic) of Clearwater, Apollo Beach, Sun City and Hudson golf courses planned for residential development; site assessment of farm in Wimauma, Florida; site assessment of Harrison Ranch in Parrish, Florida (with Site Rehabilitation Completion Order granted); site assessment of printing plant in Tampa, Florida with SRCO (Durabag); site assessment completion at Former Exxon Station in Crystal River, Florida, with SRCO granted, limited site assessment former tank area, south Tampa property, with SRCO;

  • Extensive source removal operations (soil) in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, Palmetto, Wimauma, Sun City, Springhill, and Parrish, Florida;
  • Tank closures with No Further Assessment in Tampa, Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, and St. Petersburg;
  • Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments of a large proposed retail center in Port Richey, Florida with three (3) dry cleaners; two (2) manufacturing facilities in Pinellas County, Florida, at which chlorinated solvent contamination was discovered; and two (2) Pioneer Cleaners facilities in Tampa, Florida;
  • A comprehensive Phase I environmental site assessment and contamination assessment involving two (2) large contiguous manufacturing/industrial properties in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida at which major chlorinated solvent contamination was found on the common border;
  • Environmental site assessment and comprehensive on-site and off-site contamination assessment of a 1-million square foot Sears warehouse site in Greensboro, North Carolina;
  • Various state-funded “pre-approval” petroleum product site assessments and remedial actions;
  • Consulting on Jones Chemical Site (22nd Avenue) in St. Petersburg, Florida, with significant chlorinated solvent contamination;
  • Following a discovery during a Phase I environmental site assessment, testing and remediation of a Castleberry, Florida site at which 50 abandoned submerged drums were discovered and removed;
  • Phase I environmental site assessments of sites in Chicago, Illinois; Birmingham, Alabama; New Orleans, LA; Atlanta, Greenville, SC; Ft. Worth, TX; Richmond, VA; Georgia; Tupelo, MS; and East Rutherford, N.J.;

  • Assessment of six (6) known cattle dip vats (CDV) and remediation/removal of one (1) CDV (Tampa);

  • A general environmental site assessment followed by an area-wide contamination assessment of a large industrial center in Beltsville, Maryland (Beltsville Industrial Center—2,000-foot radius);
  • Primary environmental consultant on three (3) large urban renewal projects involving many city blocks in Tampa, Florida, producing comprehensive multi-parcel environmental site assessments and some Phase II environmental site assessments of properties including Tampa Armature, City of Tampa Water Works, Tampa Presbyterian Apartments, Tampa Park Apartments, Tampa Coca Cola Bottling Plant (Civitas and The Heights), Midtown Development, 2018;

  • Phase I environmental site assessments with some Phase I ESAs of twenty (20) improved lots in the City of Tampa, primarily on Columbus Drive, ultimately for the City of Tampa Housing Authority;
  • Phase I environmental site assessments for the City of St. Petersburg Housing Authority (with HUD form) and the Clearwater Housing Authority (Ralph Richards Towers and Barbee Towers); Phase I environmental site assessments of two (2) former citrus packing houses located in Umatilla and Frostproof, Florida;

  • Eight (8) sites for Affordable Housing, Hillsborough County Government;

  • Home sites for Habitat for Humanity;

  • Phase I environmental site assessment of extensive ELAPP property in FishHawk area outside Tampa (for Hillsborough County);
  • Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments of a historic landfill in downtown Sarasota, a former City of Tampa landfill in Port Tampa City, a historic landfill in Ybor City (with SRCO from FDEP); a historic landfill in Sun City, a former C&D landfill in northwest Tampa, and the old City of Tampa incinerator site;
  • Phase I environmental site assessments of Glades General Hospital, Belle Glade, Palm Beach County, Florida; industrial building (former plating operation) in Pompano Beach, Florida; Sears store, DeSoto Mall, Bradenton; Phase I Bardmoor Golf Course, Seminole; and GTE Federal Credit Union building, Pinellas Park, Florida;
